SocialDude is an AI-driven platform designed to aid users in creating captivating content across all social media platforms. It offers a suite of features for generating content, including punchy tweets, YouTube scripts, Instagram captions, and more, tailored to enhance digital presence and engagement. By accessing or using SocialDude, available at socialdude.ai, operated by ("us", "we", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

User Agreement

By accessing and using SocialDude, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, and regulations, including GDPR regulations for users within the European Union, ensuring the protection of personal data and privacy. Your access to and use of the Platform is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Account Creation and Use

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. Users have the option to create a free account or opt for a lifetime access plan. Lifetime access provides unlimited access to the platform's functionalities linked to content generation and strategy via forms (/dashboard), excluding the editor feature. However, lifetime access includes a usage cap based on a token system to ensure fair access and prevent abuse.

Lifetime Access: For a one-time payment of 79€, enjoy unlimited access to all SocialDude.ai features, including unlimited generations (within the limits of the functionalities available on the dashboard), access to new features, and priority support. This offer is designed for those looking to make a long-term investment in content creation. This system is designed to provide ample capacity for most users while maintaining the quality and sustainability of the service.

Standard: At 19.9€0 per month, our Standard subscription provides complete access to the platform, up to 1,000 content generations per month. Like the Lifetime Access, this subscription includes all SocialDude.ai features, access to new features, and priority support.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities conducted through their account. Content generated on SocialDude remains the intellectual property of the user who created it. SocialDude is not responsible for the content generated by its users but provides the tool for content creation.

Users are accountable for ensuring their generated content complies with copyright laws and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties. Any unauthorized use of the account should be reported to us immediately. SocialDude prohibits the abusive use of the platform, including spamming and excessive generation of content, which may lead to discussion, a formal warning, or suspension of the account if deemed necessary to ensure fair access and quality of service for all users.

Content Submission Guidelines

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit, post, or display on the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on SocialDude, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display the content as part of its service. SocialDude allows users to submit content that is original and non-infringing on copyrights, and prohibits the submission of illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

Data Privacy and Protection

SocialDude is committed to protecting user data in compliance with GDPR. The platform collects personal information only for service provision, improvement, and user support, employing robust security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. Users have the right to access, rectify, and erase their personal data. Specific Clauses

Cancellation Policy: Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Lifetime access fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Liability Limitations: SocialDude limits its liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. The platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, SocialDude encourages users to contact us directly at hello@socialdude.ai for mediation. We aim to resolve disputes amicably through email communication, prioritizing a fair and efficient resolution for all parties involved.

Miscellaneous

This agreement includes provisions for dispute resolution, governing law, and changes to the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. By continuing to access or use SocialDude after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
